My journey of empowerment has been deeply personal, and it's a path I'm wholeheartedly committed to sharing with those I meet. Over four decades in corporate sales, marketing, and leadership development have given me a wealth of knowledge and experience. However, one of my most significant discoveries came in 2013, when I began studying and applying biblical principles and insights with a group of men. This experience taught me that when we discover, embrace, and align with our God-given identity, we can experience accelerated growth and impact in every area of our lives. This personal growth is not just a theory but a reality that I live and breathe, fueling my unwavering commitment to this path of empowerment.

With 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have a passion for encouraging and empowering women to reach desired outcomes. I share SELDI's vision of engaging and equipping individuals to fulfill God's plan for "good success," imparting it to their sphere of influence and subsequently impacting future generations.
My background in managing, operating, and providing behavioral health services, combined with a lifestyle of mentoring, Biblical discipleship, and a love for empowering women, has positioned me to support SELDI's unique approach to delivering evidence-based engagements, utilizing Biblical principles and insights.

Integrity is an essential principle for the SELDI Company, both in our personal and professional relationships. We strive to do what is right and honorable, placing your interests above our own (Philippians 2:3-4). We strive to demonstrate respect, transparency, and accountability in our work with clients.
Faith
Faith is a guiding principle of the SELDI Company. We believe in God and His transformative power. Faith inspires us to trust and believe that we can accomplish great things. It is the motivating factor that drives SELDI to provide the encouragement and support needed to fortify your resolve.

Growth
The SELDI Company believes that our impact is directly proportional to our growth. It is God’s design for all His creation to grow. To be “like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither-whatever they do prospers” (Psalm 1:3). As we grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18) in our personal lives, growth is an expected result for every client we serve.

Knowing God through Scripture study and meditation is key to “good success” in life and career. God’s Word is alive, powerful, profitable, and trustworthy. About
Ten years ago, while leading a group of newly hired sales professionals, the group asked me to help them. "Give us something based on your experience that will give us an edge in our careers." As I sought God's wisdom, I asked Him to show me how I could fulfill the request and make an impact on the group's lives and careers. As I recalled the struggles, failures, setbacks, and traps I encountered during my career journey, God revealed to me the best way to impart His guidance and insight to accelerate leaders' growth and impact.
I was inspired to create Evergreen Leader Development Insights (ELDI), a series of career principles. Today, the Summit Evergreen Leader Development Insights (SELDI) company builds on the seven principles shared, incorporating biblical principles, practices, and insights. This transformation accelerates growth and produces successful outcomes in leaders who subsequently reproduce these results where they live and serve.
