"I'm going to be joyful this day!"

Greetings, my friends!

I want to share my joy!

Today, I woke up with an unusual sense of calm, peace, and assurance about my life and career journey. It's a blessing I want to share with you, my friends.

As I looked out my window, observing the beautiful colors, flourishing flowers, and trees I had planted, as well as the people and events for which I am grateful to God, I realized I was experiencing the blessing of joy.

Joy! What does it mean to me? I wrote, "A calm, peaceful, assurance of hope, expectation, and anticipation that God is faithful in keeping all His promises.

As I meditated on joy, it occurred to me that Jesus proclaimed joy for me and you who believe and trust in Him.

"But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves. - Jesus, John 15:13

The beautiful thing about joy is that it is a supernatural experience. Joy transcends our conditions or circumstances.

Here are two benefits of joy.

How joyful are those who fear the LORD - all who follow His ways!

You will enjoy the fruit of your labor. How joyful and prosperous you will be! Psalm 128:1-2.

How do you get joy? By faith! Jesus says,

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." Matthew 7:7
