"Preparation for Promotion"

One of the most rewarding discoveries and insights that God has shown me is that our response to challenges often impacts our ability to advance or hinder us in our lives and careers.

What specific challenges are you facing in your work or life right now? How can you respond to them in a way that aligns with God's wisdom and guidance?

There was a time when I used to complain about people, question God why He was allowing this to happen, become frustrated, and often say things that I would later regret.

But I've learned that this is not the best way to respond to challenges.

God's guidance is transformative. He has the best way to respond to every challenge in life and in our careers. When we turn to Him for wisdom, help, and guidance, we will discover a supernatural power that is always available to us, empowering us to overcome every challenge.

Today, I was perplexed about how to respond to a challenge I was facing when a promise from God came to my mind.

Psalm 32:8. "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you."

Through prayer, we can seek God's perspective on the challenges we face. I prayed and asked God to show me His perspective on the challenge I was facing and guide me in my response.

Asking God for wisdom and guidance, my friends, is the key to preparation for promotion. Ask God to instruct you on how to respond.

Next, get alone and quietly meditate on Psalm 32:8 and consider your response in light of God's promise. Listen and then take the next step as directed in your response.

God will usually give us a step-by-step response; we take step one and wait for Him to show us when and how to proceed.

Over time, you will see God miraculously give you the solution to your problem in ways that will astound you.

When we respond to challenges God's way, we will not complain. Instead, thank God for all He is doing in your life. Reflect on all the blessings in your life and career, and in the process, you begin to see your challenges as God sees them, gaining confidence that with help, you will overcome.

Responding in faith always pleases God and will usually attract the attention of those observing your response. Your attitude, the words you speak, and your positive outlook all reflect your faith, and these are the qualities that prepare you for promotion in God's eyes and those who observe you at home and at work.
